1. Shipping Regions: Brewchi ships products across Australia as well as internationally. Not all items may be available for international shipping due to local regulations such as South Korea; please check product pages for specific details.
2. Shipping Costs:
- Domestic and International Orders: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia and globally. For orders under $100 AUD, a flat rate of $11 AUD is charged.
3. Dispatch Times: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. During peak periods or sales, processing times may extend due to high order volumes.
4. Delivery Times:
- Domestic Deliveries: Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery across Australia. Remote areas may require additional days.
- International Deliveries: Delivery times vary based on destination but typically range from 7-20 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance processes.
5. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.
6. Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
7. Packaging: All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transport. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible, aligning with our sustainability commitments.
8. Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us immediately at brewchicoffee@gmail.com. Claims for damaged goods or discrepancies must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery.
9. Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our Returns Policy for information about rights of return. In brief, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
